Founded in 2021, we have been growing fast and now serve more than 150 clients and are a 80+ strong global team. Now, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us in our Stockholm office!

Your Role as SDR at Klingit

As an SDR at Klingit, you will be at the frontline of our growth, engaging with potential clients and sparking opportunities for long-term partnerships. Your mission: open doors, build relationships, and fuel our sales pipeline.

What you will do?

  • Be part of our sales team, researching and identifying high-potential leads in target markets.
  • Reaching out through personalized emails, calls, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations.
  • Booking qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and messaging.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updates in our CRM.
  • Continuously learning about our offering, market trends, and competitive landscape.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are a natural communicator who enjoys building connections
  • Previous experience from a SDR role working with outreach 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach activities in parallel.
  • Are comfortable on the phone, email, and digital tools
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about sales, marketing and design
  • Strong inner drive and resilience and persistence—you are a self-starter and don’t give up easily when chasing opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced scale-up journey.
  • A hustler getting things done.
  • Previous experience from working in Hubspot and various outreach tools
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
