Are you an engineering student curious about how machines stay healthy? Join us at IPercept to explore real-world predictive maintenance and diagnostics. You’ll work with actual machine data, sensors, and mechanical systems to help us detect wear and improve machine performance. This internship is ideal for students in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or similar fields who are eager to apply their knowledge in a hands-on setting.
Analyze machine data to assess mechanical health
Use signal processing (e.g. FFT, filtering) to detect faults
Work with sensor data
Help translate findings into maintenance advice
Support development of predictive algorithms
Must-Haves:
Studying Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar engineering field
Curious about predictive maintenance and mechanical diagnostics
Basic knowledge and interest in components like bearings or ball screwss
Comfortable with Python and basic signal processing
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with sensor data or time-series analysis
Software Engineering Fundamentals
Some understanding of CNC or production machines (we’ll teach you!)
10–20 hours per week
In-depth experience in predictive maintenance engineering.
