VentriJect is a Danish health tech company that is on a mission to revolutionize how cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) is evaluated. We've developed the ground-breaking and award-winning Seismofit® System, a medical device that uses advanced seismocardiography and an AI algorithm to provide an accurate estimate of VO₂max (a key indicator of overall health) in less than three minutes, without the need for physical exercise. Our product is being sold to healthcare and wellness providers in several markets today.
In this dynamic role, you will be a key player, ensuring our products are delivered efficiently and our customers receive exceptional support. Your responsibilities will include:
Shipping & Logistics: Managing the end-to-end logistics process, including quality control of devices, order fulfillment, and shipment booking. You'll also assist with inventory management and proactively track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Support: Handling tier 1 technical support inquiries, providing guidance to new customers with onboarding, and assisting with account management. You will also help identify and create new support content to improve our customer resources.
Systems & Process Development: Supporting the planning and implementation of new shipping and warehousing systems. This includes researching potential software solutions and helping to document new workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
A student currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
A quick learner, proficient with basic computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
