Reports to: UK Director, with functional alignment to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and VP of Customer Success
We’re looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Strategic Account Manager to grow and retain high-value B2B customers in the UK market. You’ll own and expand key accounts such as competitive socialising chains, karaoke venues, leisure operators, and hospitality groups, ensuring they extract maximum value from Singa and scale their use of our platform.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, product, music, and customer success teams, acting as the voice of the customer while ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
Own a portfolio of strategic UK accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Drive upsell and expansion across multi-site operators, selling additional licenses, tiers and new features
Map and manage stakeholders across target accounts (champions, decision-makers, blockers)
Consult on customer activation strategies, from AV setup to launch planning and internal staff onboarding
Monitor usage, KPIs and product engagement, proactively resolving risks or low engagement signals
Collaborate with marketing and product to tailor value stories, case studies, and feedback loops
Participate in UK market growth strategy, including pricing input, competitive positioning, and new GTM approaches
Act as a Singa ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
5+ years experience in account management or customer success, ideally in SaaS, hospitality tech, or entertainment
Experience working with multi-site operators or strategic B2B accounts
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in upselling, renewals, and relationship-led sales
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a scaling, fast-moving environment
Based in the UK with willingness to travel 40-50% and regularly in general to visit clients
Bonus: experience working with karaoke, AV tech, music licensing, or leisure concepts

Competitive compensation with performance incentives. We offer a base salary of £45,000–£60,000, plus a performance-based incentive plan (70/30 split). This provides an OTE of up to £85,000, rewarding retention and account growth.
Example:
£45k base = OTE is £65k
£60 base = OTE goes up to £85k
