Your role

As a Business Developer at Crystal Alarm, you play an important role in our growth. Your work is crucial to building and developing long-term and strong relationships, both with retailers and direct customers. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to closing, where you identify the customer's unique needs and tailor solutions that optimize their security. Through clear communication, you create trust and ensure that both retailers and customers feel safe and well-informed throughout the process. Your work involves proactively seeking new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships and driving sales forward for customer partnerships that you have established yourself. 

Your work will include:

• Identifying and establishing new collaborations with retailers and strategic business partners

• To train and support resellers so that they can effectively market and sell our solutions

• To actively build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering the right security solutions

• Driving sales forward through meetings, presentations and negotiations

• To participate in industry fairs, events and networking activities to strengthen our position and create new business opportunities

We are looking for you who: Have a completed university education and want to develop in sales. If you also have previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technical products, it is an advantage. As a person, you are persistent, communicative and have the ability to independently lead the sales process from start to finish. To succeed in the role, we believe that you are a skilled relationship builder and negotiator who is driven by working in a results-oriented environment. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
