Growth Hacker (Equity-Only, Part-Time – Pre-Revenue Startup)

Salary Unpaid

We’re building Trustyou, a proactive digital safety app for kids and parents. Not another spying or blocking tool. We focus on trust, conversations, and healthier digital habits.

We’re pre-revenue and pre-MVP. Our biggest need right now is traction — getting parents on the waitlist, keeping them engaged, and proving there’s demand.

That’s where you come in.

Your role:

  • Run fast, low-cost experiments to grow signups and engagement.

  • Test channels: social, PR, partnerships, referral loops, content, communities.

  • Track key signals (CAC, viral loops, signup → activation, retention).

  • Share insights to help us prepare for scale.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who has helped grow a startup before (bonus if it was pre-revenue).

  • Data-driven, scrappy, and loves testing ideas quickly.

  • Passion for digital well-being and kids’ online safety.

  • Comfortable working part-time, knowing this is equity-based until we raise.

What we offer:

  • Equity in an early-stage startup with global potential.

  • Flexible, part-time involvement.

  • Freedom to design and run growth experiments.

  • Direct access to founders and the chance to shape early traction.

f you want to be part of something meaningful from the ground up, let’s talk.

Trustyou

The problem we address is the growing struggle parents face in managing their children's digital well-being. Kids today are exposed to excessive screen time, social media pressures, and online risks, yet most existing parental controls focus on restrictions rather than guiding healthy digital habits. Why this problem is pressing: Mental Health Risks: Increased screen time and unmonitored online activity contribute to anxiety, depression, and sleep issues in children. Ineffective Tools: Most parental controls rely on blocking and monitoring, leading to conflicts and workarounds rather than fostering responsible digital use. Parental Overwhelm: Parents lack the time and knowledge to constantly monitor and guide their child’s digital habits effectively.
