I'll tell you. Growing from having our hardware product from 1 to 50 countries over two years, we're on a really exciting journey – and we want you to be a part of it!
We're a tech company in the event industry. From ticketing to check-in, we help organizers create successful, sustainable, and smooth-running events. We're young, driven, and growing fast – and we're building a company we genuinely want to work in.
We're looking for a front-end & mobile app engineer who makes sure things actually ship—on time, bug-free, and ready for real users. You'll be the person who wraps up the team's work, ensures everything is 100% ready, and drives the final push to get features into users' hands. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, inspires collaboration, and has that "let's get this done" energy that pulls the whole team forward.
Own the complete release cycle for React web and React Native applications
Drive the team to cross the finish line—no feature ships half-baked on your watch
Be the person who says "this isn't ready yet" and then helps make it ready
Inspire the team's collaboration and keep everyone aligned on shipping goals
Debug complex issues across web, mobile, and native code when deadlines are tight
Lead our Name Badge Printer hardware to mobile integration (Kotlin, Swift)
Manage, improve and release our Expo React Native applications
Features ship on time, every time, without last-minute panic or compromises
The team looks to you when they need to get unstuck and push through blockers
Everyone trusts that when you say "it's ready," it really is ready
Event organisers experience zero major errors during critical event moments
Have the "let's get this done" mentality that inspires others to deliver
Know Typescript / React and React Native well enough to solve problems when deadlines loom
Take ownership naturally and aren't afraid to say "this needs more work"
Can rally a team around a deadline without being a tyrant about it
Are comfortable with mobile UX, API integrations, and integrations with IoT devices
Have experience working with small mobile native modules in Kotlin and Swift
Have hands-on experience with Expo React Native applications, with bonus points for Expo Modules expertise
Care deeply about delivering features that work perfectly for end users
Are based in a European time zone (within 2 hours of CET)
We keep things warm, honest, and human. We don't care about titles—we care about how you show up. Everyone here owns their area, gets their hands dirty, and supports each other. Beer in the fridge, real impact on the table.
