What You'll Do at Felix

We believe that the most impactful engineers are product-minded problem-solvers. We don't have traditional managers, every engineer is a tech lead responsible for driving their work forward. In this role, you will have the autonomy to make a significant impact every day.

• Own problems end-to-end. You'll take ambiguous, complex challenges within the property management space and turn them into simple, elegant, and effective solutions.

• Build, ship, and iterate. You'll work across our entire stack to build, launch, and refine core features that deliver real value to our users.

• Make key architectural decisions. You will reason about the design of new systems, understand the architectural impact of your changes, and ensure the long-term quality and performance of our codebase.

• Drive product direction. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team to understand user needs, challenge assumptions, and ensure we're not just building features, but solving the right problems.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a transparent and competitive package, with the total compensation being the same regardless of your location in Europe.

• Salary: The gross salary varies by country based on local tax. For this role, the ranges are:

  • France: €67,000 – €78,000 (Gross Annual)

  • Denmark: DKK 688,000 – DKK 813,000 (Gross Annual)

• Equity: As an early team member, you'll receive a meaningful equity grant of 0.5% – 1.0%

• You will also receive:

  • 5 weeks of paid time off per year.

  • A new laptop and budget for your remote work setup.
