YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Growth Marketing Intern at Voi, you will support in the execution of print and on-ground marketing campaigns across Voi’s regions. You will play an important role in helping to build the Voi brand and presence in cities by coordinating marketing materials and supporting local teams with campaign roll-outs. This is a hands-on role where you, during 6 months, will gain experience in marketing operations, collaboration across teams, and execution of brand campaigns.

This role includes:

• Support in the planning and execution of print and on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to ensure campaigns align with commercial goals and brand guidelines.
• Ensure high standards in quality on all consumer-facing print and on-ground marketing touchpoints, including stickers, flyers, and other printed materials.
• Assist in campaign execution through design support, creation of print files, and coordination with suppliers.
• Work with on-ground teams during roll-outs of marketing materials.
• Support the campaigns and creative teams on the delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Document and monitor activities, helping to analyse campaign results and share learnings.
• Assist in competitor tracking and stay up to date with industry trends. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We're looking for a curious and driven team player, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the world of growth marketing. To be successful in this role, you likely have:

• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Current studies or a recent degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in marketing operations and a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma) are a plus.
• A foundational understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
