Early-stage start-up seeks Technical Co-Founder

Early-stage company seeks an exceptionally talented Technical Co-Founder with deep AI/ML expertise to help pioneer a new category of intelligent software. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling core systems that are foundational to the company’s product and long-term competitive advantage.

You must have extensive experience designing and implementing complex, production-grade AI / machine learning systems, and you should be able to do so with a level of speed, clarity, and rigor that most highly competent engineers consider unrealistic. A strong grounding in computer science fundamentals is required.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with several of the following:

• Modern machine learning and deep learning techniques (e.g., transformers, foundation models, representation learning)

• Training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale models

• Data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation systems

• Scalable backend Enterprise systems and infrastructure

• Translating ambiguous product ideas into concrete technical architectures

A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is expected, or equivalent real-world experience. Exceptional communication skills and strong technical judgment are essential. Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required.

Expect talented, motivated, intense, and highly curious collaborators. This role is for someone who wants to build from first principles, make foundational decisions, and own outcomes end-to-end.

Compensation will include meaningful founding equity and competitive cash, commensurate with experience and stage. This is a true co-founder role, not an early employee position.
