As a Senior R&D Project Manager, you’ll drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Your influence will span multiple countries and teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, resource optimization, and risk mitigation.

What will I be doing?

• Managing projects to successfully support IQM's R&D Roadmap & gaining quantum advantage.

• Develop and execute project, resource allocation, and risk management plans.

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to meet ambitious goals.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Identify, communicate, and resolve project risks and dependencies.

• Keep stakeholders – including sponsors, customers, and team members – informed and engaged. 

What skills do I need?

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within high-tech or research-driven industries.

• Proven record of managing large-scale R&D projects successfully.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making excellence.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
