Based on your background and interests, you will run your own project where you will be challenged in independent project work chosen together with your supervisor at Airmee. Examples of what you may do:
Design and improve conversational flows in Intercom to make them clear, helpful, and human-like.
Test, analyze, and optimize the bot’s performance.
Work with integrations between Intercom and Airmee’s systems (e.g. order and delivery data).
Ensure customer experience is always in focus, even when interactions are automated.
This internship is tailored for students who want to work at the intersection of technology and customer experience. Depending on your background, you may focus more on:
Bot building & integrations (for students in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering).
Conversation design & UX (for students in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication, or Service Management).
Either way, you will work as if you were part of the team, solving real challenges that impact our customers.
We are looking for ambitious individuals who:
Are currently studying in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Interaction Design, UX, Communication, or similar).
Have a genuine interest in AI, automation, and customer experience.
Can work independently and enjoy problem solving.
Thrive in a fast-moving international work environment.
Previous experience with Intercom or chatbot platforms.
Basic programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
Understanding of APIs and integrations.
Internship: Full-time
Location: Stockholm, Hötorget
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship in line with academic LIA requirements.
Working hours: Mainly 9am–5pm, with flexibility depending on your study requirements.
