Do you want to help global fashion brands transform their planning processes to reduce waste and help the climate, while increasing revenue? In this role, you’ll build trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders and navigate them through the complex implementation of Hakio.
If that sounds like your jam, then Hakio and you might be a perfect match!
At Hakio, we combat global waste in logistics, production, and consumption of fashion. We work closely with our customers to solve this challenge more effectively and deliver an ever-improving experience. In short, our platform helps brands like Hummel, Carhartt, and Organic Basics make better, faster, and more accurate decisions, reducing overproduction and avoiding lost sales due to poor stock visibility.
It’s good for business, and great for the planet.
And we’re a startup, meaning we’re always evolving. We think change is exciting - it keeps us on our toes. While some of us love sticking to a good plan more than others, a common trait is that we’re not afraid to shake things up when we learn something new.
You’ve been told that you always see the big picture. You have a natural ability to go from detail to birds-eye-view and back while pushing complex projects forward.
You might also have heard that you talk a lot. You know how to tell an engaging story, you’re convincing, and you can turn a complex topic into something anyone can understand. You have your eyes on the future and often get people excited about what’s coming, rather than getting stuck on the past.
People thrive in your company. Probably because of your positive attitude and ability to instill hope in others. You’re great at building relationships with people of all ranks and expertise because of your genuine interst in getting to know them and what is of importance to them.
You'll thrive here if you have
Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
Excellent people skills. You’re able to explain complex concepts clearly and build solid relationships.
A background in consulting or a role requiring strategic problem-solving and technical change management skills.
Confidence in taking ownership, working independently, and moving projects forward.
Hands-on experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory operations is a strong plus.
Fluency in English, as we are a multilingual team working with customers worldwide.
A fast-growing, high-impact startup environment where you can take ownership, expand your role quickly, and shape how we work with customers.
A cross-functional team with experts in fashion planning, product, and customer success, who’ll be eager to learn from you.
A culture of continuous learning and curiosity, regardless of seniority, where we grow and celebrate wins together.
Flexible work setup, with most time spent together in our Aarhus N office.
Team events, health insurance, incredible lunch, snacks, and more.
If you don’t tick all the boxes, we’d love to hear why you’d be a great fit anyway. Like the people we hope to hire, we’re eager to learn from new perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
