ONEiO is revolutionizing how integrations are delivered — turning complex, project-based implementations into scalable, managed service offerings. As an Account Executive, you will drive strategic growth by acquiring new customers, primarily Managed Service Providers and enterprise organizations, positioning ONEiO as a high-value outsourced integration service.
This role is more than traditional sales — it's about building relationships that create lasting value. You'll identify prospects, nurture relationships, and close deals that contribute directly to the success of our sales organization and company strategy.
Strategic Sales & Pipeline Development
Execute a focused, data-driven sales strategy to acquire new logos across enterprise and mid-market segments
Identify key accounts, understand their integration and outsourcing needs, and articulate how ONEiO delivers strategic value
Use outbound and inbound channels (calls, email, events, social media) to build your own pipeline
Collaborate with marketing to qualify leads and build account plans
Customer Engagement & Deal Management
Lead and facilitate solution-focused presentations, demos and workshops that align with each prospect's business challenges and demonstrate how our offering addresses their specific environment and objectives
Present ONEiO not only as a product but as a strategic partner delivering integration as a managed service
Navigate multiple stakeholders and buying committees with a consultative and value-based selling approach
Manage the entire sales process from qualification to close, including negotiation and handover to delivery
Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the SaaS and IT service management space
Feed insights back to marketing, product, and leadership teams
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partner Teams, and Expert Services to ensure customer success from day one
Own and manage a healthy pipeline using our CRM and sales playbooks
Required:
Experience in selling managed services, outsourcing solutions, or service-based SaaS offerings
Strong grasp of managed services business models and recurring service value
Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and long-term engagements
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales enablement platforms
Customer-obsessed, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills
