We’re looking for our first in Growth, GTM & Content. This is not a narrow marketing role — it’s broad, experimental, and hands-on. You’ll own metrics, test campaigns, run experiments, and play across growth levers.
At Uniconomic, we’re building the next-generation finance platform that replaces fragmented tools with one unified system. To scale faster, we’re looking for a Growth & Content Generalist who can run growth experiments, own metrics, and produce sharp content that drives leads and builds credibility.
This is not a narrow specialist role. In the early stage, you’ll work across growth, GTM, content, and SoMe—later we’ll build a team of specialists around you.
Own growth metrics (CAC, funnel conversion, pipeline generation)
Run demand-gen campaigns, growth hacks, and product-led growth experiments
Create and own SoMe content for:
Founder LinkedIn
Uniconomic company page
Founders & Finance podcast
Operate, publish, source guests for our company podcast
Operate and help out with our upcoming live-events
Write and publish blog posts, case stories (with customers), and credibility content (testimonials, social proof, PR angles)
Design and package content (case PDFs, decks, visuals) in Figma/Adobe
Act as point of contact with our marketing agency
Help develop and manage our website in HubSpot
Coordinate newsletters and other marketing activities
Work closely with sales & product to align messaging and drive demand
3–5+ years of experience in growth/marketing, ideally in SaaS or fintech
Strong copywriting skills: sharp, clear, and pain-driven
Ability to design and package content from idea → draft → publish
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with funnels and analytics
Broad generalist profile who thrives in a startup environment—fast execution and flexibility over narrow focus
Experience in B2B SaaS/fintech is a plus, but not required
Based in Denmark (Southern Jutland ideal, remote within DK possible)
Autonomy to shape and run experiments across growth and content
Direct ownership of the founder’s and company’s external voice
Clear path toward a Head of Growth/Marketing role as we scale
