We’re looking for our first Growth & GTM Specialist. This is not a narrow marketing role — it’s broad, experimental, and hands-on. You’ll own metrics, test campaigns, run experiments, and play across growth levers.
Own CAC, conversion, and lead-gen targets
Run demand-gen campaigns, growth hacks, and PLG bets
Stakeholder to our marketing agency while running your own experiments
Work across branding, storytelling, and demand creation
Build the growth playbook from the ground up
3–5+ years across growth/marketing, ideally in SaaS
Data-driven, comfortable with funnels and metrics
Startup mentality: broad generalist, not a one-channel marketer
Executes fast, takes risks, iterates
Based in Denmark (Southern Jutland is a plus)
Autonomy: freedom to build and test across GTM
Exposure to all parts of the business — product, sales, content
