What You'll Do

• Create intuitive ways of monitoring millions of agent-to-customer interactions

• Push the boundaries of what our AI agents can do

• Build end-to-end workflows that deliver scalable zero touch outcomes

• Proactively come up with features that deliver value

• Talk to customers and have fun

Who you are

• 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience

• Experience with modern frameworks (Node.js, Python, etc.)

• Experience building agents, prompt engineering and deploying agentic solutions

• Passion for using technology to solve real-world business problems

• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy

• A curious person with shameless ambition
