At NIRAS Green Tech Hub (NGTH) no two days are the same. One day you’re helping a startup find the right collaboration partner; the next you’re in the middle of a design sprint with a marker in hand. We’re a green, buzzing startup community where you’ll play a key role in keeping the wheels turning while building relationships and creating new opportunities.

NGTH connects startups with the skills they need to grow at every stage. We open doors to customers, partners and networks, helping ideas get out into the world. Beyond our 5 000 m² vibrant hub, we also team up with large companies on everything from ideation workshops and design sprints to corporate pilots and tech scouting.

We’re looking for someone who can balance running and developing the coworking space with internal/external communication and business development.

Community Building & Hub Operations

You’ll be the anchor for community development – both in the way people connect and in what keeps the day-to-day running smoothly. You’ll organise and host events that spark interaction and collaboration between residents and outsiders. You’ll attract and onboard new startups, make sure everyone feels at home and keep our physical space warm, inspiring and functional. You’ll handle the little practicalities, internal systems and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves so operations stay stable and coordinated.

Crafting Narratives Across Startup and Corporate Worlds

You know how to navigate the sweet spot between lively startup lingo and more classic corporate messaging, and you think and work visually. Experience with the Adobe suite and general image/video editing is a plus so we can communicate both sharply and beautifully to our community and external stakeholders. You’re fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken and don’t mind speaking in front of others.

Business Development & Startup Mentoring

Beyond co-facilitating workshops and sprints, you’ll assist NGTH’s Innovation Consultants in finding and implementing innovation methods and carrying out market analyses in projects with external clients. You can provide business-oriented feedback to our startups, guide them on business models and help with funding applications.

You know the rhythm of the startup scene – you understand what drives founders, you recognise the bumps along the way and you can deliver sharp, relevant advice that moves our teams forward.

About NGTH

The hub has been running since September 2021 and is funded by the NIRAS Foundation. Our daily life is all about being present and continuous engagement with our residents while constantly developing the business. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being onsite, contributes to the community and takes pride in creating structure in the operations.

NIRAS Green Tech Hub is a lively startup environment where startups meet peers and get access to production and storage facilities. They receive sparring and development support from NIRAS experts specialising in product development, manufacturing and sustainability across industries like food and beverages, construction and architecture, energy, water, plastics and recycling, infrastructure, data and digitalisation – and more.
