We are now looking for an exceptionally ambitious Management Trainee to join us on a fast-track program toward a future commercial leadership role.

About the role
From day one, you will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team on both strategic and tactical business challenges. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the full commercial cycle – from sales and business development to market strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone who has sales and business in their DNA – a curious, driven and results-oriented person, eager to learn how to lead in a high-growth SaaS company.

What you will do

• Rotate through key functions within our commercial organization – Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategic Partnerships.
• Work directly on strategic growth projects with C-level and senior managers.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Support in closing key deals and building long-term customer relationships.
• Take ownership of tactical projects that drive revenue growth and customer success.

Who you are

• You’ve recently graduated or are in the early stages of your career, and you bring outstanding drive and curiosity.
• You have a strong interest in sales, business development, and leadership within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• You possess a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for building relationships and creating value.
• You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in Swedish is a strong advantage.
