Our customer base is growing quickly and we're looking for a Director of Implementation. As a Director of Implementation, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, leading strategy, process, and execution. You’ll build scalable programs that drive adoption, reduce time-to-value, and ensure our customers are set up for success. You will be reporting to our CCO, Andrea, and you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from purchase to go-live. This is a newly established global role, and you will be building on our already strong foundation. The role can be based in Europe or North America, and relationships are key to it. Attending client meetings, industry events, and launches, and seeing us in Finland, are part of the role. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that has the potential for growth and advancement within the company as we grow.

In this role, you will
- Own the complete customer onboarding lifecycle globally across all enterprise or chain accounts – from initial kick-off through ongoing relationship management – ensuring our enterprise customer achieves a fast time-to-value.
- Hands-on onboarding of your dedicated enterprise customers & chains. You will personally lead onboarding for enterprise customers and chains.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the selected customer/-s during onboarding, aligning solutions with their business outcomes and long-term success.
- Collaborate across all relevant internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales through post-sales — from onboarding to standardisation and customer success — with clear, consistent expectations at every stage.
- Design and deliver best-in-class enablement, including onboarding playbooks, training materials, and customer education programs, in close cooperation with Product and Customer Success teams.
- Continuously improve and raise the bar of customer onboarding by collecting customer feedback, defining key onboarding KPIs, and leveraging data insights to refine processes and outcomes.
- Represent MeetingPackage externally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, while staying on top of hospitality tech trends to ensure our onboarding approach evolves with the industry.
You'll feel at home if you
- have strong, hands-on experience leading end-to-end customer onboarding and customer success within the hotel tech industry.
- have led onboarding or other customer-facing teams in growth-oriented, global environments and built scalable programs to support diverse customer segments.

- have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels, teams, and time zones — and you genuinely care about working well with others.

- are already based in Europe or North America with a valid work permit and are able to travel as needed.

About MeetingPackage
We are a software company that allows hotels and event venues to sell, operate, and manage their Meetings & Events spaces. We improve the Meetings & Events booking process for meeting planners and event venues. We integrate with venues’ existing Property Management, Sales & Catering, and back-office solutions while delivering products to all customer-facing channels. Products include Venue & Sales Management Software, an online Booking Engine, and a Meetings & Events-specific Channel Manager.
