As an Account Executive, you will drive strategic growth by connecting Managed Service Providers and enterprise organizations with ONEiO's high-value outsourced integration services.
You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborate across teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, and ensure every deal contributes to measurable growth for both the customer and ONEiO.
Execute a focused, data-driven sales strategy to acquire new logos across enterprise and mid-market segments
Identify key accounts, understand their integration and outsourcing needs, and articulate how ONEiO delivers strategic value
Use outbound and inbound channels to build your own pipeline and collaborate with marketing and BDRs to qualify leads
Lead engaging product demos and workshops tailored to each prospect's environment and business case
Navigate multiple stakeholders and buying committees with a consultative and value-based selling approach
Manage the entire sales process from qualification to close, including negotiation and handover to delivery
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and feed insights back to marketing, product, and leadership teams
5+ years B2B sales in managed services or SaaS environments
Proven success meeting/exceeding quota in enterprise or mid-market segments
Experience selling to MSPs or enterprise IT organizations
Strong pipeline and stakeholder management skills with complex sales cycles
Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English (written and spoken)

Experience selling managed or outsourced IT services
Understanding of ITSM, SIAM, or related service delivery frameworks
Dutch language skills
