We’re looking for a driven and curious Growth Intern who loves to test, measure, and optimize to make things grow. You’ll work closely with our team and drive the entire growth journey – from the moment someone first hears about Revive to the point where they can’t imagine shopping second-hand without us.
Revive Retail is revolutionizing e-commerce with our integrated second-hand SaaS solution. We help e-commerce stores and brands enable peer-to-peer sales of pre-owned products – directly in their own online store. Our customers include big names like Bubbleroom, Lindex, and Geggamoja, and we’re only at the beginning of our journey.

Contribute to and run growth experiments from idea to analysis, across both paid and organic channels.
Create and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Work on conversion rate optimization for landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign assets.
Build and improve lifecycle marketing (email, in-app, retargeting) to boost activation, engagement, and retention.
Measure and analyze KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics to guide decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the product team to identify and test product-led growth opportunities.
Test, learn, iterate – over and over again.
Who You Are
Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, data, communications, or a similar field.
Deep interest in digital marketing and data-driven work.
Understands the basics of advertising on Meta, Google, or other platforms.
Strong analytical skills – you like measuring and drawing conclusions.
Creative and curious – you spot opportunities and enjoy testing new ideas.
Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where you take ownership and learn quickly.
Have worked with or tried A/B testing, CRO, or email marketing.
Have an interest in e-commerce or circular business models.
