We are looking for a mission-driven Sales & Partnerships Lead to drive revenue generation, develop long-term relationships with stakeholders, and strengthen our position as a trusted partner for impactful projects in Finland. Sales & Partnerships
Lead commercial sales efforts of The Shortcut Academy's programs, our attitude change campaign and partnerships with both private companies and public entities like cities and municipalities
Identify and develop new revenue channels aligned with the organisation’s mission.
Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders across private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Public Funding & Administration
Drive fundraising initiatives with the public sector, including proposal preparation and grant applications.
Manage reporting, compliance and administrative tasks related to public funding requirements.
Strategy, Mentorship & Operations
Further develop and optimise the organisation’s sales processes, tools, and strategies.
Participate in teaching and mentoring others, e.g. sharing your knowledge by delivering some of our sales related workshops as part of our programs
Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs for revenue-generating activities.
Proven experience in B2B sales, fundraising, and/or partnerships.
Strong track record of developing and closing commercial opportunities.
Understanding of public funding processes in Finland and related reporting requirements.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability.
Great and positive team player and connection builder.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (B2 Finnish and/or Swedish levels would be amazing - BUT more important than those is knowing the local culture: you are a natural change ambassador and ready to negotiate also in sectors that might still be used to work mainly in local languages. That’s where we need your help in changing things 💪 And it’s a bonus if you know how to sing SuomiPop in karaoke! 😜)
Existing networks in the Finnish business and municipality ecosystems are a plus
