Our reusable, modular pallet units replace single-use packaging, improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the supply chain. Our embedded sensors deliver real-time data, and our modular design gives companies complete transparency and control over how goods move. You’ll lead the mechanical design that turns this vision into a physical reality.

Why This Role Matters

As our Hardware & Mechanical Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing and building the structural backbone of our product. From concept to prototype to tested hardware, your work will ensure our systems are strong, scalable, and ready for the demands of global transport.

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype load-bearing chassis and modular grid systems

• Engineer retractable strap mechanisms and secure locking systems

• Validate structural integrity under transport conditions (tilt, vibration, drop, etc.)

• Integrate mechanical housing with electronic modules (power, sensors, connectivity)

What You Bring

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design Engineering

• Strong CAD skills with FEA simulation expertise

• Experience with composite materials and manufacturing (injection molding, extrusion)

• Bonus: Background in designing for industrial or logistics applications
