🎯 The Role – More Than Onboarding

We’re looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of a critical product area, starting with customer onboarding, integrations, and data migration — the lifeblood of our delivery process.

From day one, you’ll:

• Map and improve onboarding workflows to cut time-to-live from months to weeks.

• Work with engineering to deliver scalable integrations that customers can trust.

• Make data-driven decisions on where to invest in features and improvements.

Over time, your scope will grow to cover end-to-end product lifecycle in your domain - from discovery and roadmap shaping to release and adoption.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the product backlog for your domain.

• Prioritise features based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

• Gather and translate requirements into actionable user stories.

• Track metrics to measure impact: onboarding time, adoption rates, support tickets.

• Champion continuous improvement in how we deliver value to customers.

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven Product Owner/Product Manager experience in SaaS or enterprise software.

• Strong understanding of integrations (APIs, data migration).

• Clear communicator who can bridge technical and business conversations.

• Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in municipal, public sector, or utility software.

• Familiarity with Python/Django or similar backend environments.
