Product Manager

Salary Competitive

Role Overview

ONEiO is on a mission to revolutionize how integrations are delivered — turning brittle, project-based integrations into scalable, lifecycle-managed services. As Product Manager for Managed Integration Services, you will lead the definition, packaging, and enablement of ONEiO’s repeatable, high-impact service offerings.

This role is more than service design — it’s about inspiring the organization to adopt a new operating model: Integration Ops. You’ll act as the voice of this transformation internally and externally, helping teams and customers understand how we shift from fragile integration projects to resilient integration capabilities.

You will own the service catalog, drive alignment across Delivery, Product, and Commercial functions, and ensure every managed service delivers measurable customer value, operational scalability, and platform-aligned execution.

Key Responsibilities

Service Design & Ownership
  • Define and maintain a portfolio of Managed Integration Services, such as onboarding, monitoring, change handling, and support escalation

  • Establish SLAs, scope definitions, roles, and pricing models aligned to customer outcomes and internal delivery capabilities.

  • Drive consistency and repeatability through templates, playbooks, and operational patterns.

Product Management & Roadmap
  • Own and evolve parts of the ONEiO SaaS platform roadmap that intersect with managed services — such as automation tooling, configuration UX, and observability features.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Platform teams to prioritize and define requirements for product enhancements that enable better service delivery and customer experience.

  • Bring a holistic product management mindset — balancing internal operational needs, external customer demands, and strategic platform evolution.

Go-to-Market & Cross-Team Leadership

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling offerings with aligned messaging, documentation, and internal enablement.

  • Inspire internal teams — from engineers to sales — around the opportunity Integration Ops brings to ONEiO’s customers and the market.

  • Act as a product marketing partner to commercial teams by creating value propositions, FAQs, collateral, and training content.

Lifecycle & Operational Excellence
  • Act as the lifecycle owner for all managed services — ensuring continuous improvement based on customer feedback, delivery metrics, and commercial insights.

  • Collaborate with Delivery and Platform teams to automate lifecycle work, reduce variance, and increase reusability.

  • Track and improve service-level KPIs like onboarding time, configuration reusability, MTTR, and cost-per-integration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, service design, or a related cross-functional role.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, own, and iterate on repeatable service offerings — ideally in a platform, SaaS, or IT services context.

  • Clear understanding of Integration, iPaaS, or DevOps landscapes; knowledge of Integration Ops is a major plus.

  • A compelling communicator who can rally diverse stakeholders around a common vision and inspire action.

  • Strong documentation, prioritization, and product lifecycle skills; able to switch between strategic narratives and operational detail.

  • Embodies ONEiO’s iONEER mindset — takes ownership, starts with the customer, inspires others, and delivers results.

Why ONEiO

  • Revolutionize an industry: Play a key role in reshaping how integrations are delivered across global service ecosystems.

  • Inspire and lead change: Drive not just internal clarity, but a mindset shift in how our customers view and consume integrations.

  • Work with forward thinkers: Be part of a team that combines platform engineering, automation, and service design to scale outcomes.

  • Grow with purpose: Contribute to ONEiO’s global growth and help build a culture of empowerment, ownership, and creativity.
