I’m Tobias — working in investment banking and building Nuviou with the same focus and dedication I bring to my professional role. The vision is clear, progress is steady, and I’m looking for a technical co-founder to join in shaping the journey ahead.

Nuviou is an AI-powered career assistant that helps people reflect once — and own their career journey forever. It guides them from self-discovery all the way to job offer with smart, personal tools. Think: behavioral profiling, strategy, smart CVs, cover letters, deadlines, interview prep — all powered by an AI assistant that actually gets to know you.

Now I’m looking for a full-stack developer to join as co-founder and build this with me long-term.

The Role You’ll be the technical owner and product builder. Together, we’ll go from almost-launch to real growth — and have fun doing it.

You’ll:

• Own core product development (frontend, backend, infra)

• Help scale the platform and make architecture decisions

• Shape how we integrate and evolve AI across the product

• Work closely with me on product direction, growth, and user feedback

I'm not technical — but I know what users want, how to position it, and how to monetize it. You'll never have to pitch or build decks — I’ve got that side covered.
