Supporting the coordination of our passionate and diverse marketing team to keep everyone aligned and focused
Collaborating on strategies to amplify our mission and grow our community
Helping define our brand positioning and target audiences while experimenting with innovative ways to reach them
Assisting with marketing efforts across channels like content, social media, and partnerships
Providing insights into customer needs, market trends, and what truly connects with our audience
Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to identify wins and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop campaigns, social posts, and communications that reflect our brand’s voice and goals
• Brainstorm and launch straightforward, multi-channel campaigns that stay consistent with our mission and values across digital, print, and video channel
• Help build and nurture relationships with potential partners, communities, and collaborators
You enjoy wearing multiple hats and figuring things out as you go
You're a strong communicator who owns their ideas and opinions
You’re curious about people and communication, and excited to help a mission grow
You’re comfortable starting simple and learning through doing
You bring a mix of creativity and structure to how you work
At least 3 years hands-on marketing experience with marketing strategy, social media, or content creation
Based in Denmark (or familiar with the local landscape) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and communication, psychology, business, or related field
