Resourced is a fast-moving FashionTech startup helping some of the world’s most modern fashion brands – like Axel Arigato, Veja, Eytys, Revolution Race, Ralph Lauren and H&M – streamline their product development and production. We’re building tools that transform one of the biggest and fastest-changing industries out there.

We’re a small and focused tech team based in Gothenburg, and every line of code you write will directly impact the product and our customers. We care deeply about building a product that’s both powerful and a joy to use. Our stack is modern but pragmatic: ASP.NET Core/C# with MSSQL on the backend, Vue 3 with TypeScript on the frontend, hosted on Azure with CI/CD pipelines.

We’re always open to new ways of working — whether it’s using AI to speed things up, automating what’s repetitive, or challenging old assumptions. But we’re not experimenting for its own sake. What matters most is building the right thing and making it work well for the people using it. We value curiosity and initiative, but above all, we need people who can prioritize, communicate clearly, and take full responsibility for their work — from idea to shipped code.

Who you are

To thrive in this position, we think that you:

• Have at least 3-5+ years of experience developing web-based software
• Can jump into any part of the stack — backend APIs, data models, or UI — and make meaningful progress
• Have experience working with one of the more popular frontend frameworks: React, Vue.js or Angular (or equivalent; Svelte, Solid…)
• Care about user experience — from visual polish to performance
• Have a good understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Have experience building REST-like APIs using well-established patterns/systems design, preferably using a C# / ASP.NET / EF Core stack
• Work independently and take ownership — but value collaboration over individual heroics
• Are comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Believe the team’s progress is more important than individual prestige — we work together on site (mainly), and we move faster (and have more fun) because of it
• Are a doer who shows initiative and get things done!
