Junior Recruitment Coordinator (Fixed-term)

To help us scale effectively, we're looking for a Junior Recruitment Operations/Coordinator to support our high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of streamlining recruitment processes. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about operational excellence, this is your chance to make a real impact during an exciting time of transformation.


Location: Helsinki 

Level: Junior/Entry level 

Contract: Fixed term, until March 31, 2026


Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Operations & Process Optimization

  • Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to coordinate pre-boarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage when needed aspects of interview scheduling, including multi-time zone coordination, calendar invitations, and logistics planning.

  • Liaise between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.

Candidate Experience & Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process with professionalism and care.

  • Ensure timely, clear, and consistent communication at every stage to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce regular reports and dashboards to track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate experience feedback.

  • Provide insights and trends to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Special Projects & Event Support

  • Contribute to key talent initiatives, including employer branding, diversity hiring efforts.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of recruiting events, career fairs, and talent community engagement activities.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in a recruiting coordination or HR support role.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse is a plus)

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proactive problem solver with strong time management.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritizing multiple tasks.

  • Collaborative and adaptable team player.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proficiency in using productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
