Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
Your role as a project manager at Colibo is to manage and guide mainly our German customers through a smooth and successful implementation of the Colibo platform. You’ll help ensure they feel confident and supported from day one—whether that’s through onboarding sessions, project coordination, or clear communication. While your focus will be on managing the project, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who’ve got the tech side covered. You will be a part of the Client Development team at Colibo where we work closely with all departments of Colibo and encourage collaboration.
Your Role:
Manage customer projects in Colibo’s Client development team with implementation of the Colibo intranet platform for our German- and English-speaking customers
Manage non-technical implementation projects – while technical understanding is a plus, it’s not required. You’ll be supported by experienced technical colleagues throughout the process
Coordinate tasks and timelines across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Act as a key contact for customers during onboarding, helping them get started and feel confident using Colibo
Translate customer needs into clear action points and assist in managing project plans
Work closely with our team in Aarhus to align on market-specific requirements
Help maintain project documentation and ensure updates are shared with relevant stakeholders
Contribute to improving our implementation processes by sharing feedback and ideas
Be based at our Headquarters in Aarhus C, working in a collaborative and agile environment
Grow with us – we’ll support your development as you take on more responsibility and expand your skills
What You Bring to the Table:
Fluency in German and English; Danish is a plus
Experience with project coordination, customer onboarding, or working in a digital/software environment is a plus
Strong communication skills and a structured approach to managing tasks
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues and customers
A business mindset – you’re quick to grasp customer objectives and can spot potential for added value or new opportunities during project and customer dialogues
Interest in software technology and a desire to understand how Colibo creates value for organizations
Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with German clients and teams
A collaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to shared success
