About us
At Revive Retail, we help leading e-commerce brands unlock the power of peer-to-peer resale through our innovative SaaS platform. Our solution allows customers to sell used items directly from a brand's site, giving products a second life and increasing customer loyalty. We work with major Nordic brands like Bubbleroom, Lindex and Geggamoja, and we’re just getting started.
We’re now looking for a Product Owner Intern with a knack for structure, communication, and user-centered thinking. If you're someone who thrives in a cross-functional team, enjoys facilitating collaboration, and wants to build meaningful features from the ground up — this role is for you.
Your Role: As our Product Owner Intern, you’ll be the right hand of our Product Lead and act as a bridge between vision and execution. You’ll also step into a Scrum Master-like role, helping the team stay focused, aligned, and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily standups and support the team with day-to-day coordination.
Help prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Lead.
Break down features into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure smooth delivery of features.
Track progress, remove blockers, and keep everyone informed.
Participate in user research and translate findings into actionable insights.
Who You Are:
Currently studying (or recently graduated from) a program in Product Management, UX Design, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
You have a strong interest in digital product development and agile methodologies.
You're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’re comfortable leading short meetings and keeping a team on track.
You bring clarity to complex discussions and love turning ambiguity into action.
Experience with tools like Notion, Jira, or Trello is a plus.
A background or interest in UX design is also a plus.
What You’ll Gain:
A 4-month internship where you’ll drive real processes and contribute to real product decisions.
Hands-on experience in both product ownership and agile facilitation.
Close mentorship from an experienced Product Lead.
A collaborative team that values your input.
The chance to grow into a future product or delivery role.
Exposure to the exciting world of startup culture and entrepreneurship.
A collaborative work environment with passionate team members.
This is an unpaid position, but with possibilities for great references and potential contracting in the future.
Interested? Send your resume and a short cover letter explaining why this role interests you and how your background fits. Bonus points for linking to any product-related work or writing you’ve done.
