Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help define and elevate our visual identity across brand, platform, and marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about clean, Scandinavian design with an interest in tech, innovation, and startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual assets for our AI talent platform: UI mockups, icons, infographics, background imagery, and marketing graphics

• Create brand identity elements: logos, color schemes, typography, design systems

• Design visuals for pitch decks, landing pages, and TheHub.io profile

• Support UI/UX designers with styled components and interactive visuals

• Iterate quickly based on feedback and real user insights; work closely with founders and developers

What We're Looking For

• Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design—ideally with tech, AI, SaaS, or startup visuals

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools

• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

• Familiarity with Scandinavian minimalist design principles (Nordic colors, whitespace, geometry)

• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset; self-driven in a fast-moving environment
