Customer Service Specialist

Reva Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team and support our international brands. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our users receive fast, friendly, and effective help—mainly through email support.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, understands the importance of clear communication, and is comfortable using digital tools in a fast-paced, global environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Handle email-based support tickets via Zendesk, assisting users with subscription cancellations, refund requests, and general inquiries.

  • Deliver empathetic, accurate, and timely responses with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Work with mostly English-language tickets—non-English queries will be translated using AI tools unless you're fluent in that language.

  • Learn to use various internal tools and platforms, including payment service providers (such as Stripe or Adyen) and subscription management systems.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer support tool.

  • Strong written communication skills in English.

  • The ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.

  • A working webcam and microphone for internal communication with the team.

  • Willingness and availability to work Danish business hours (typically 09:00–17:00 GMT+2), Monday through Friday.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Additional language skills—especially in Spanish, French, Italian, Romanian, or Polish.

  • Experience with digital payment or subscription tools is a plus, but not required.

  • 40 working hours per week, aligned with Danish business hours.

  • A competitive hourly rate of €7–€11, depending on experience and location.
