We design short, animated, scenario-based microlearning modules that actually stick. We partner with EdTech platforms, LMS companies, and enterprises to fill the content gap in modern learning.
Now we’re looking for a Head of Sales who wants to take ownership of business growth and help build something truly scalable. You’ll work closely with the founder and our growing network of creators – and yes, this role has co-founder potential.
Lead outbound and inbound sales activities – from first touch to closed deal
Build long-term relationships with EdTech partners, LMS providers, and corporate clients
Shape and optimize our sales funnel, tools, and CRM setup
Create strategic offerings and pricing models together with the founder
Represent Story-Lab in meetings, events, and social channels
Have 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (bonus if it’s EdTech, SaaS, HR, or L&D)
Enjoy both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Are fluent in English (Swedish/Norwegian is a plus)
Are curious about AI, storytelling, and learning
