Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with strong technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to help build our talent matching engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI matching algorithms and infrastructure

• Implement features: LLM integrations, prompt engineering, vector search/RAG, and AI-based scoring

• Work directly with founders, product, and design to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Support deployment, scaling, and iteration of AI components in real-world scenarios

• Be agile—wear multiple hats, collaborate across teams, and iterate fast in a lean startup environment

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, data modeling

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT‑4, open models), RAG, prompt tuning, vector embeddings, PEFT/LoRA

• Adaptable and self-driven—comfortable working in high ambiguity and fast pace

• Strong communicator and team collaborator, aligned with startup culture and values
