Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with strong technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to help build our talent matching engine.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI matching algorithms and infrastructure
Implement features: LLM integrations, prompt engineering, vector search/RAG, and AI-based scoring
Work directly with founders, product, and design to translate business needs into technical solutions
Support deployment, scaling, and iteration of AI components in real-world scenarios
Be agile—wear multiple hats, collaborate across teams, and iterate fast in a lean startup environment

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, data modeling
Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT‑4, open models), RAG, prompt tuning, vector embeddings, PEFT/LoRA
Adaptable and self-driven—comfortable working in high ambiguity and fast pace
Strong communicator and team collaborator, aligned with startup culture and values
