We are on the lookout for a talented Enterprise Sales Director.

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Director to lead our expansion in the Dutch market. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring and growing high-value logos across energy companies, Installers, HW manufacturers, fleet operators, charge point operators, real estate, and infrastructure players.
You’ll join an ambitious, fast-growing commercial team and work cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing to close strategic deals that help Monta dominate the EV software space in the Nederlands.

Execute Monta’s enterprise sales strategy for the Netherlands
Drive full-cycle B2B sales: from prospecting to closing multi-year, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise customers across key verticals
Lead high-level negotiations with C-level stakeholders, tailoring Monta’s value proposition to customer needs
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding and long-term account growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
Represent Monta at relevant events, trade shows, and industry forums
7+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, mobility, energy, or tech infrastructure
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing complex, high-value deals
Deep understanding of the Dutch EV, energy, or mobility market
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Hunter mentality with the ability to drive outbound meetings and generate new business opportunities
Experience in value based selling and sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, BANT and others
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and deal-structuring skills
Experience selling CPMS, fleet management, or energy SaaS solutions
Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and local market regulations
Network within utilities, real estate, or automotive sectors
Experience using Hubspot (CRM), Amplemarket (Lead generation) and Aircall
