Sales Partner UK Market – 100% Commission, High Earnings

Adjera is hiring independent Sales Partners to sell our all-in-one SaaS platform for modern consultancies and agencies across the United Kingdom, one of the largest SaaS markets.

This is a commission-only role, no cap, no base salary, just pure earning potential. You’ll close deals, manage accounts, and get a cut of recurring revenue.

Adjera is a b2b SaaS platform on a mission to become the standard Operating System for Modern Consultancies and Agencies. One tool to plan, manage and invoice projects.

Too many service based firms have to choose between general purpose, spread-out or outdated systems when starting out to manage aspects such as time tracking, resource allocation, customer management, invoicing etc.

Adjera changes the standard quo by focusing on design and user interface, providing the perfect balance between speed and powerfull features without a cluttered interface.


Who You Are

  • Some knowledge in B2B sales (SaaS is a big plus)

  • Driven and self-motivated and willing to learn fast

  • Confident running demos and managing your own pipeline. (proper training will be provided)

  • Looking to earn serious income on your own terms

  • Not Afraid to pick up the phone and call strangers.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospecting of potential customers using tools like Apollo.io and Linkedin

  • Cold outreach to prospects mainly over the phone and cold Linkedin DM

  • Demo the product in front of decision makers

  • Familiarise yourself with sales framework such as the CLOSER or triple AAA framework

  • Earn commission on every sale (revenue)

  • Work fully remote within UK Business hours (8-5)
