We're looking for a Product Manager to take the lead on IQM Radiance, our highest-grossing quantum computer, and IQM Spark, the world’s most widely deployed quantum computer.

You’ll be driving these two flagship products, ensuring they continue to meet and exceed customer expectations while setting new standards in the industry.

What will I be doing?

As Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of IQM Radiance and Spark, from vision to execution. Your role will include:

• Customer Discovery: Identify user needs and pain points through interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop product roadmaps in collaboration with R&D, commercial, and regulatory teams.
• Innovation: Translate technology and market trends into MVPs or prototypes to drive future offerings.
• Go-To-Market: Coordinate with marketing and sales to launch product updates and feature rollouts.
• Sales Support: Assist in tenders and customer-facing engagements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, designers, researchers, and commercial stakeholders to deliver world-class systems.

What skills do I need?

• BSc, MSc or Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within technology or deep tech companies. Experience or knowledge in quantum technologies is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of product discovery, lifecycle management, customer interviews, and other key product management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities; comfortable switching between tasks and managing multiple workstreams. 
• Ability to lead without formal authority in a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
