We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on and experienced Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand presence and build meaningful connections with our audience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape early-stage marketing efforts in a mission-driven startup environment.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys both thinking creatively and getting things done—someone who’s excited to try new marketing ideas, support the team, and help build something meaningful from the ground up. Ideally, you have some experience planning or executing marketing campaigns, and you’re comfortable jumping between big-picture strategy and hands-on tasks.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but familiarity with web or social media analytics is a plus. Most importantly, you’re someone who can bring energy, clarity, and a sense of direction to a growing team.

Supporting the structure and coordination of our small marketing team, helping everyone stay organized and aligned
• Co-developing strategies to spread the word about our mission and bring more people to our community
• Helping define our positioning and target audiences, and experimenting with ways to reach them
• Assisting with marketing initiatives across various channels—content, email, social media, partnerships, etc.
• Offering insights into customer needs, trends, and what resonates in the market
• Analysis and reporting on what’s working and where we can improve
Collaborating with our creative team to shape campaigns, posts, and communications
• Contributing to blog posts, web copy, and social content that aligns with our voice and goals
• Helping build relationships with potential partners, communities, and collaborators
• Exploring ways to measure performance and suggest improvements without needing complex tooling
Collaborate with the creative team to shape ideas and support the development of content for digital, print, or video channels
• Help brainstorm and roll out simple, multi-channel campaigns that feel consistent and aligned with our overall message and values
You enjoy wearing multiple hats and figuring things out as you go
• You’re curious about people and communication, and excited to help a mission grow
• You’re comfortable starting simple and learning through doing
• You bring a mix of creativity and structure to how you work
• At least 3 years hands-on marketing experience with marketing strategy, social media, or content creation
• Based in Denmark (or familiar with the local landscape) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and communication, business, or related field
