Grands is a tennis platform that helps people find matches and join social tennis events. Whether it’s one-on-one, doubles, or something bigger, Grands makes it easy to discover and play with others nearby.
We’ve built a fully functional product in-house that’s live and running. Over 1,000 players have already joined, and people are playing daily through the platform or at the social tennis events we organise.
We’re not hiring employees. We’re looking for more founding team members. People with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build something meaningful on the side. This is a long-term project and you’ll get equity from day one.
We’re based across Sydney, Stockholm, and Helsinki. It doesn’t matter where you are, but it helps if you like tennis.
We are looking for self-driven and positive community manager to boost the engagement in Grands Community - both online and offline. Our community is a hybrid of online environment spread in between our platforms and social media to offline social events. Role responsibilities include ideation and excecution of different activities and campaigns seen relevant for the community to flourish - most preferably also running different social tennis events in Stockholm.
We expect that the person best for this role is outgoing and genuinely curious to meet people from different backgrounds and ages, understanding people and looking to enable positivity for the community. As Grands community is focused around tennis, we see that the ideal candidate has experience of tennis. In addition, communication in English is a must and Swedish is considered a merit.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's keen on being part of a growing tennis community and meeting bunch of interesting people and have fun while doing that. More exact tasks, activities as well as reward model (equity / compensation) will be drafted and decided with candidates on case by case. Note: Position is not a 9-5 employment.
