Passion for retail omnichannel business and the CDP software landscape.
Proven experience (+5 years) in key account management and sales, with a track record of increasing client revenue, driving client satisfaction, and retention.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate commercial discussions with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess client needs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
A proactive, sales-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Fluency in Finnish and English is required for this role.
German and/or Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
