Responsibilities

This position is a good first step into getting to know our Formalize product and to know more about how organisations organize their compliance. You’ll work closely with a Customer Success Manager and will help with making sure the customer data gets implemented and integrated in our Formalize platform.

You will:

  • Getting a deeper understanding of our platform and framework, along with regulations like DORA and NIS2
  • Migrate existing customer GRC data into the Formalize platform
  • Configure and customise the Formalize platform to indvidual client specifications e.g. by creating new fields, setting up questionnaires or flows
  • Build and implement customer solutions within governance
  • Mapping in our platform e.g. qualifying customer risks
  • Provide input and feedback in the form of potential product optimization ideas and feature requests

  • Native in Italian and professional fluency in English
