The Opportunity

Join Tendium at an exciting stage of growth. You’ll play a key role in our international market analysis, supporting major strategic investments in product development, sales, and marketing. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to key stakeholders at companies in France through cold-calling, email, and targeted events.
• Arrange and lead qualitative interviews.
• Analyse interview data to deliver clear, actionable insights into customer needs and market dynamics.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to evaluate opportunities and challenges.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in market research, user research, or prospecting roles is highly beneficial but not required.
• Fluent French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly comfortable with outreach through email and other means.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn interview findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Knowledge of public procurements is beneficial.

This role is part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week), offering flexible working arrangements and potential growth opportunities within Tendium. The role can be based in Stockholm or France. Some in-person meetings or events in France may be required.
