About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Partnerships to lead post-sales strategy and execution, and support pre-sales in close collaboration with our Sales team. BLAST is reliant upon brand partnerships through sponsorship and advertising as part of our global esports ecosystems and has a dynamic commercial team across London, New York and Denmark.
This role is both strategic and operational: you will oversee the partnership delivery team from pitch development to partner onboarding and owning the end-to-end success of high-value partnerships.
Working in tandem with sellers who handle outreach and initial contact you will shape partnership narratives, guide strategic opportunities through the pipeline, and ensure long-term success after the deal closes.
You’ll report directly to the VP Brand Partnerships and act as the connective tissue between new business, delivery, and relationship growth.
Location preference is New York or London with the ability to travel to our global clients and events.
