As a Junior Business Developer, you’ll work closely with our go-to-market team and founders, primarily supporting our B2G (business-to-government) strategy—researching opportunities, managing lead pipelines, and assisting in outreach to municipalities and public authorities. You’ll also help us explore and grow B2B (business-to-business) opportunities with private sector clients. Your work will span sales operations, market analysis, data research, CRM management, and support for high-impact customer and partner initiatives.
Research public sector markets (tenders, municipalities, government programs) and support mapping of new B2G opportunities
Identify and manage lists of potential public and private sector clients
Maintain and update our CRM, helping track leads and report on pipeline health
Assist with outbound sales activities—prospecting, drafting emails, preparing for meetings and demos
Support the senior team with data collection, market insights, and bid preparation
Shadow sales and partnership leaders at meetings, calls, and customer engagements
Analyze commercial data, campaign results, and lead generation performance
Take on ad hoc and cross-functional projects as needed
You’re a student in Aarhus (any field; business, economics, political science, marketing, engineering, or data a plus)
Excellent communicator in English (Danish is a plus)
Analytical, proactive, and eager to work with data and digital tools (Excel, Google Workspace, HubSpot or other CRM)
Highly organized and comfortable at balancing multiple tasks
Curious about public sector sales, procurement, and how tech solutions are adopted by cities and governments
Interested in SaaS, sustainability, and making a real-world impact
