Founded in February 2021 by seven ex-Airbnb colleagues, Landfolk is an online marketplace for handpicked holiday homes. Based in the heart of Aarhus, Denmark, we're rapidly expanding across Europe, operating in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Italy, France and Germany. Our curated approach ensures that we offer only the most beautiful and unique holiday homes to our community of travellers.
Your Role in the Team
As a Student Assistant, you’ll be part of our CRM & Loyalty team based in Aarhus. Together, we develop and optimise Landfolk’s CRM & Loyalty strategy — ensuring that the right message reaches the right people at the right time while delivering thoughtful, well-crafted customer experiences.
We may be a small team, but we think big. That means we’re constantly busy, always aiming for the best possible solution, and therefore giving you plenty of opportunities to make a real impact. You’ll play a key role in driving our automation and personalisation efforts across owned media, gaining valuable experience in CRM, loyalty strategy, and performance marketing within a growing international brand.
Key responsibilities may include:
Supporting the design, setup, and documentation of marketing automation workflows and bi-weekly newsletters
Assisting in campaign and program performance analysis
Collaborating with our copywriter on tasks such as writing newsletter content and other CRM-related copy
Collaborating on ad hoc projects and process improvement tasks.
Who are You?
We imagine that you are:
Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (min. 1 year remaining) in Jutland.
Passionate about personalisation, CRM, loyalty programs, and great customer experiences
A confident and creative writer with a strong eye for tone and detail
Have solid proficiency in especially Excel and PowerPoint - and if you have any knowledge about Agillic it will be a major plus.
Important that you are fluent in both Danish and English – German is a major plus, but not a requirement
Not afraid to dive into new or challenging tasks—big or small
Detail-oriented but able to balance perfectionism with deadlines
Responsible, well-organised, and able to keep a clear overview.
