We’re looking for a Community Manager to join Mesh – Norway’s leading coworking space for startups, creatives, and entrepreneurs with more than 2000 members across 300 companies. Your job? Make sure our members feel welcome, connected, and excited to come back every day.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our community – planning engaging events, growing our memberships across Mesh Nationaltheateret and Mesh Youngstorget, helping founders get connected, and making sure things run smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with our Head of Membership and General Manager to make Mesh the go-to hub for the startup crowd.
Host awesome events – breakfasts, afterworks, founder meetups, and more
Build real community – talk to members, connect them, and create good energy
Grow our memberships – manage membership sales, give tours, onboard new members
Stay plugged in – keep an eye on the startup scene and bring that knowledge into what we do
You’re social, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
You’ve got a feel for the startup world and love meeting new people
You’re organized, service-minded, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves
You speak and write English fluently
Bonus points if you're great at hosting or public speaking
