The €35B heavy equipment rental market is broken - slow, manual, and painfully fragmented.

At MovoGo, we’re fixing that with a platform that enables contractors to book heavy machinery instantly. No more quote chasing. No more delays. Just real-time availability and frictionless rentals.

We're early. We’ve validated the demand, built the brand, and have rental suppliers lined up. Now we need a CTO co-founder to join us and take the wheel.

The role

This isn’t a “head of tech” job. It’s a co-founder seat.

You’ll own everything from architecture to execution. You'll work directly with the co-founders and help shape the company from the first line of code to global expansion.

You’ll be hands-on in the build phase - and the technical visionary who scales it later.

What you’ll do

• Ship a V1 product in 90 days (seriously, we move fast)

• Own the entire technical roadmap and architecture

• Build, test, and deploy the first version hands-on

• Make key decisions on the stack and infrastructure

• Recruit, hire, and lead the early engineering team

• Collaborate on fundraising and investor conversations

What we’re looking for

• You’ve built and shipped SaaS or marketplace products from scratch

• You thrive in not having the full plan right now and know how to go from 0 → 1 fast

• You’re a builder, not a delegator - ready to code, test, iterate

• You care about product just as much as code

• You want a real stake in the outcome - not just a paycheck

Bonus if you’ve worked in B2B, marketplaces, or logistics-tech.

Location

We’re remote-first, but it’s a plus if you’re Copenhagen-based or open to regular IRL work sessions.

Equity & Commitment

This is a founder-level role. You’ll get meaningful equity, real influence, and the chance to help lead a company with exit intent.

We’re chasing to be VC-backed, but right now we’re lean, hungry, and laser-focused on getting to first revenue.
