We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Outreach and Growth to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team including Videographers, Sales & Business Development Associates, Outreach & Partnerships Coordinators, and Event Organisers at LifeBonder. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our outreach strategy, expanding brand visibility, and fueling sustainable business growth through creative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and high-impact initiatives.
You will lead with vision, motivate cross-functional teams, and align efforts with company-wide goals to deliver measurable outcomes.
Lead, coach, inspire and unify a diverse team to execute outreach, growth, and engagement initiatives.
Develop and oversee outreach, sales, and growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Drive collaboration across content creation, partnerships, events, and business development.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of outreach and growth initiatives, focusing on team-wide outcomes and shared goals
Represent the organization with professionalism and vision in external communications and strategic partnerships.
A confident and inspiring leader with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communicator with a passion for growth, innovation, and strategic execution.
Capable of leading effectively in a voluntary and mostly remote environment — demonstrating empathy, self-motivation, clarity in communication, and the ability to inspire commitment without relying on traditional authority or incentives
Adaptable, goal-driven, and ready to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced startup environment
It will be preferable that the person is located in Denmark, especially Copenhagen
