As our Strategic Outreach & Growth Lead, you’ll be the strategic force behind our expansion — designing smart, creative, and scalable ways to grow our reach and build real-world community.
This role is for someone who leads with clarity, energy, and execution — a natural people-mover who knows how to rally a team, build partnerships, and drive results across multiple channels. You’ll work with and lead an amazing team of Videographers, Business Development Associates, Outreach Coordinators, and Event Organizers — aligning efforts across content, partnerships, and IRL engagement.
Lead, coach, and energize a multidisciplinary team to deliver on outreach, growth, and engagement goals.
• Design and execute growth strategies across sales, partnerships, and brand visibility — with clear KPIs and momentum.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across content, social, events, and marketing to align on strategy and drive execution.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that elevate our mission and expand reach.
• Track impact, measure progress, and iterate fast — always keeping outcomes and alignment front and center.
• Represent Lifebonder with authenticity and ambition — whether pitching a potential partner or leading an internal sync
A strategic thinker with a sales or business development mindset who knows how to turn a vision into measurable action.
• A natural leader who brings out the best in others — through motivation, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose.
• Comfortable leading in a volunteer-driven, remote environment, where influence, inspiration, and initiative matter more than hierarchy.
• Highly goal-oriented, resourceful, and adaptive — you thrive in fast-moving, purpose-driven teams.
• Based in Denmark (Copenhagen ideal) — or deeply familiar with the local market and cultural dynamics.
