Maintain a clean pipeline: update statuses, schedule reminders, and track next steps.
Process optimization & automation
Refine outreach templates, qualification scripts and demo materials based on results.
Automate workflows by sequencing and leveraging tools to scale our outbound effort.
Measurement & continuous improvement
Track key metrics (open rates, reply rates, demo-booking ratios, pipeline velocity).
Run tests on subject lines, messaging angles and cadence to identify top performers.
Weekly sales sync to share progress, troubleshoot bottlenecks and align on priorities.
Feedback collection & relationship nurturing
Reach out to early adopters for feedback; log insights and objections in HubSpot.
Collaborate with our customers to test feature ideas and refine the roadmap.
Enrolled in a business or related program with a sales or growth mindset.
Passionate about AI, tech and hungry to learn B2B SaaS go-to-market.
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves closing deals.
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
